This course is for you if you already know the materials and tools required for stamping and you are comfortable with applying the stamping technique. If you are confident about using the stamper, you can benefit much from this course, as you will learn how to create compositions and realize your ideas. This level requires the use of brush, and therefore it is an advantage if you know the basics of handling nail art brushes.
You can learn how to build up complex decorations and how to think in terms of processes and make up the right order of steps. If you do the steps of decoration in the right order, then you will be able to create any nail art decoration combined with stamped patterns ranging from the relatively simple ones to the more complex designs.
This time Norka is showing you a very spectacular nail art prepared with stamping and aquarelle. She gathers different leaves from Moyra stamping plates. Base colour is her favourite one, SuperShine colour gel No. 582 Pearl. She is usually choosing natural colours and most of the time she is selecting white as the base colour of her paintings. Green plants look good on it, makes a natural effect.
After stamping, Norka paints the patterns with aquarelle. There's no need for special skill, you only need to take care of the right dilution and to stay in the lines. When it's ready, you need to fill the empty spaces with curved lines, elegant tendrils according to your taste. This time Norka is using black foil gel to make it well visible, which she is effecting with high-gloss, golden Magic foil after curing. With some practice you will also be able to make this nail art including several techniques. Advantage of these nature-like motives is that you can create any composition depending on the length of your nails.

Once again, I am totally blown away by Norka's creativity and the beauty of this design! I love it. The secret seems to be in the right arrangement of the stamping motifs with the watercolours and the gold painted accents. Maybe I'll get it right, because it doesn't look that hard :-) Thank you so much for this beautiful tutorial, Norka! ❦ It's always a pleasure to be here and to be able to share your, Alexa's and Zsuzsanna's nail art week after week ❥

Welcome to nailstamping.com. Now I should write something about me in a given length. Honestly, it makes me itty-bitty difficulty. If I am placed within definite bounds, I do not feel free. In contrast, in the nail art I have found the unlimited freedom. It can be a beautiful, hand-painted flower or a stamped design, creating something, only the imagination limits its boundaries. |
