This time Norka is showing you how to create this spectacular nail art. It's amazing, still not hard to create. Use your favourite base colour, which can be gel polish, gel or acrylics. Then paint the curves and motifs with no-wipe gel in an arrangement as you like. Before curing, sprinkle with your favourite glitter powder.
