At this level, in this course you will learn the steps of creating a bit more complex and really spectacular decorations. You are still not required to create gel painting, aquarelle or free-hand patterns made up of thin lines. You will learn such techniques on the upper levels.
This difficulty level may be interesting for both beginners and those with more experience, as we prepare complex designs here, yet they do not need artistic sense or advanced manual skills. We are creating fabulous compositions and astonishing decorations using layered stamping technique and effect powders.
You can turn the theory learned here easily to practice, and gain confident knowledge and skills.
Alexa is teaching you how to create flowers on your nails with layered stamping.
You will need one of the Moyra stamping plates which are developed specifically for layered stamping (No. 58 Step by step, No. 67 Footprints, No. 70 Footprints 2). You can choose any of the stamping patterns and the shade can be according to your taste as well. At this stamping technique you don't need to reach a perfect colour transition, but on the contrary, the base should be a bit marbled.
It's not complicated, only a few moves. This makes this manicure interesting and spectacular! The base can be gel polish or artificial nail, even natural nail. It's beautiful both in matte and in shiny versions. Prepare it according to your liking!

J'aime beaucoup ce nail art mais j'avoue ne pas avoir compris pourquoi elle mettais de la poudre acrylique sur un ongle et pas l'autre
Hi, well, it's just to show two different ways of similar decorations. You choose whichever you prefer❧

Great technique to use two colors together for the stamping base and then add the silver on top. Love this design - not too difficult and very glamorous.

I really like the flower designs, I always used red and green colours to individually paint the rose on the stamper, but this is a faster and easier method.

I love layered stamping designs very much. What I like about the one shown here is the additional color gradient on the flowers. For matte nails, I now also prefer the way with acrylic powder. So the matte effect does not lose itself over time as it sometimes happens with matte-top coats.
